I read every property you're serious about... before you bid.

Watch the short video below, then apply if it makes sense.

I'm Christina Jamieson, a Sydney mortgage broker, and the loan is the easy half of this.

I work with first home buyers who have the finance sorted and still can't tell a good buy from an expensive one.

It's why one of my clients walked away from a property that needed $200,000 to $300,000 of fix ups nobody else had spotted.

Takes about two minutes. I read every application myself before we speak.

You Are Already Doing the Looking.

Let Me Do the Reading.

The money is not what's holding you back.

It's fifteen minutes in a hallway with a strata report you were never taught to read, standing next to an agent who does this every weekend, for the seller.

Which means nobody in that room is checking the property for you.

That's my job.

Every property you get serious about comes to me first, and I read:

  • The strata report

  • The building and pest reports

  • The contract

  • The comparable sales

AND I give you one of three answers;

  1. ✅ Buy...

  2. ⚠️ Tread Lightly...

  3. ❌ Or Walk Away!

One of the best calls I've made for a client was telling him not to bid.

He was approved, prepared, and doing everything right...

That was until the inspection came back.

The property needed a whopping $200,000 to $300,000 of fix ups that nobody else uncovered at the open home.

So I told him to let this one go.

That home went on to sell for around $600,000 over asking.

Just a few weeks later, he was able to buy a much better property, worth a lot more, that actually cost less.

The Ready to Buy Assessment is free, and it takes just 45 minutes.

We spend that time on the last property you were serious about, or the kind you're hoping to find, and work out exactly what to check before you make an offer.

You leave with what that property was actually worth, what to check on the next one, and a price you set before auction day instead of during it.

If you're already pre-approved somewhere else, bring it with you.

I read every report myself, so I only take on a handful of buyers at a time.

If you're actively looking in Sydney, apply before I'm full.

So when the bidding starts, you already know what the place is worth and exactly when you'll stop.

Apply for Your Ready to Buy Assessment

Two minutes to fill in, and I read every one before we speak.

Answer these the way you'd tell a friend, especially the one about the last property you were serious about.

That's the property we'll pull apart first.

(Address, price guide, why you liked it, what stopped you.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use you as my mortgage broker?

Yes.

The reason this approach works is because I understand your financial position from the very beginning.

I’m not stepping into the process halfway through.

I’m guiding the entire journey.

That continuity is what allows me to give advice that’s based on both the property and your finance.

I already have pre-approval. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely.

Many of my clients come to me with an existing pre-approval.

We’ll review it together and make sure it’s genuinely the best structure for your circumstances before you move forward.

What if you tell me not to buy a property I love?

Then I’ll explain exactly why.

Ultimately the decision is always yours.

My responsibility is to make sure you’re making that decision with all the information available.

Sometimes that means giving advice people don’t want to hear.

Ironically…

That’s often the advice they’re most grateful for later.

Are you a buyer’s agent?

No.

I don’t buy property on your behalf.

I help you become a confident buyer yourself.

You stay in control of every decision.

I’m there to guide, challenge and protect you throughout the process.

Why don’t more mortgage brokers do this?

Most mortgage brokers don’t have the experience and knowledge that comes with buying and selling over 50 properties.

Because it’s a very different business model.

It requires far more involvement with every client.

It takes more time.

It limits how many people I can work with.

But I believe that’s exactly what my clients deserve.

When someone trusts me with the biggest financial commitment of their life…

I don’t think it’s enough to simply arrange the loan.

I think they deserve someone who’s invested in helping them buy the right home as well.

That’s the standard I’ve always held myself to.

And it’s the standard you’ll experience if we work together.
